1. Any Person who have Minimum 18 years age, and Graduate with any subject from any U.G.C.Recognized University of India.

3. Prefer to Related with Educational, Computer Sector or House wife / Retired / Un employed Male / Female.
4. Person only, who have Creative Mind, and able to Prove own self, Successful Achievers in his/her Business.

Person who is already in same (Educational) Business and want to associate with Career Zone Business to Develop Profitability and own Value in that area by a Channel Partner of National Brand of India, to get Maximum Mileage by average Efforts in his/her area, Join this System and get support, technique, Publicity, Legal Assistance by the Corporate House.

Who may be Associates:
1. Any Person who have Minimum 18 years age, and Graduate with any subject from any U.G.C. Recognized
University of India.
2. Any Person who have good ability and image in that area & already doing this Type (Educational Business) /
Study Center / Coaching Center etc in their any area and have Good Links with Students / Colleges.
3. Person only, who have Creative Mind, and able to Prove own self, Successful Achievers in his/her Business.

Authority from Govt. of India:
we (Career Zone Educational Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) Registered from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Govt. of India) under Company Act to open, operate the Franchisee / Associates and conduct the Educational / Vocational / Professional Programs to Develop the Skills and awareness in India & abroad.

Where you may open Franchisee Study Center / Associates Center:
Any Village / Block / Tehsheel / city of India and abroad

Where we are At present:
we are Now in 14 States of India and Growing very speedily in India and Abroad.

(1) Proposal for Franchisee of Study Center / Associates:
We Have Two Proposals to each Applicant, One is for FRANCHISEE, and 2nd is Associates.
You may choose any one as per own Requirement.

(2) Franchisee:
In that Scheme wee will Not pay any Financial Grant as a Franchisee, you will Authorized to Run the Study Center of Franchisee of Career Zone for 3 years and get the Affiliation, syllabus and Advertisement support with career zone, Examination and Certificate / Diploma Provide by Career Zone. Course Fee will be Franchisee's income. We don't pay any Fix amount of Payout to any Franchisee. Local Franchisee has to manage the Study Material Cost from Student's Collected Fee of their course.

(3) Associate:
In that Scheme we will Not pay any Financial Grant to Associate, your Center / Coaching will Authorized to Develop & Associate with Career Zone for 2 years only. There for you will get Incentive / Commission on each Educational Business or Admissions etc. what ever as MOU mentioned. Associate can not use the Brand Name of Career Zone with their Center / Coaching.

(4) Examination Cell:
Career Zone Educational Solutions Pvt. Ltd Appoint Separate Examination Cell to conduct Examinations and Declare Result very Fair and Award the Certificate / Diploma to the Qualified Students.

(5) Cost of Prospects:
Cost of Prospects for any Vocational / Professional Certificate / Diploma/ Master Diploma Course Rs. 100/=only.

(6) Carry Bag:
Carry Bag with Identity Card Provide to each Student At the Time of Admission (one Time only) by Career Zone Head Office.

(7) Study Material:
Books / Study Material to each Student Provide by Local Franchisee only. Career Zone Head Office will not provide these Materials.

(8) Enrollment & Examination Fee:
Examination Fee Rs. 500/= Per Student for Per Examination (@ Every 3rd Month) will charged @ each students at the time of Admission.

(9) Area for Franchisee:
Franchisee can be open, at the Population of every 50,000 in each city /area or as per Terms & Direction by Career Zone Educational Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

(10) Area for Associate:
Associates may be Appoint Unlimited in every city, There is No Limit. Or as per Direction by Career Zone Educational Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

(11) Allotment of Business / Courses:
Business / Courses of Career Zone will Permit to the Franchisee as per their Managing Capacity under T & C of Career Zone Educational Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

(12) Extra Incentives on Admissions:
A. If Local Franchisee will Develop the Admission Over then 60 students for any one certificate / Diploma / Advance Diploma course of Career Zone at their Center, Career Zone will Pay Extra Incentive @ Rs.50/= Per Students for Admission Development Under the Terms.( in the Condition of Reward other Incentives are not Applicable)

(13) Support to Develop the Admission:
we will provide Attractive Guide Line, Technique and Support To Develop the Admission in your area by Publicity and Training of Skills.

Others :
(14) Admission for Universities Distance / Regular Courses:
B.B.A / M.B.A. /B.C.A / M.C.A / B Sc. IT / M. Sc. IT and Other Admissions Under Distance Learning Program for AICTE / UGC & DEC Approved Universities /Direct Admission of Regular Courses in Different Courses of Other Universities/Colleges, you will Get Extra Incentives per Admission Under the Terms of Career Zone Educational Solutions Pvt. Ltd..

(15) HR Placement Services:
Career Zone Educational Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will pay to Franchisee, Extra Incentives for HR Placement & Job Consultancy Services under the Terms.

(16) Other Promotion / Events / Media / Branding Program:
For Media Reporting Business /NGO Services / Business Promotion / Event Management / on Other Business Activities Career Zone Educational Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will pay to Extra Incentive / Margin to Local Franchisee under the Terms.

(17) Training Support:
(i) we will provide the Training to Counselors & Faculties at our Campus AGRA (U.P.). All the Expenses like Traveling, Hotel stay And Foods by the Franchisee/Franchisee Staff.

(ii) If Franchisee Require the Training Program at own Franchisee Center, All the Expenses of Trainer,Traveling, Lodging, Foods etc will bear by the Local Franchisee.

(18) Stationery:
(i) All Business Tools / Tips / Technical supports Provide by Career Zone Educational Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to run the Franchisee / Associates.
(ii) We provide all stationery / Admission forms etc in every respect at very Nominal Cost to Franchisee / Associates.

(19) Publicity:
All Expenses about the Publicity in Media will share in all Franchisees as Equal Ratio, those Names or phone No. Will Publish in that Advertisement Publicity Material. Promotions Activities will conduct by Central Call Center of Career Zone in area of each Franchisee by Bulk SMS, Bulk E-mailing, E-Promotions etc Free of Cost as per Arranged their Data. Local Publicity Like wall painting, road shows, or any events expenses should bear only by Local Franchisees.

(20) Proposal for Franchisee / Associate:
New franchisee / Associates has to pay Non refundable / Non Transferable Amount Rs.1,000/=only by A/C Payee Bank Demand Draft in favor of Career Zone Educational Solutions Private Limited. Payable at AGRA for Proposal Form to franchisee / Associate.

(21) Fee (Non Refundable/Non Adjustable):
Payable by Account Payee Bank Draft only in Favor of Career Zone Educational Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. and Payable at AGRA (U.P.).

A. Fee for Management & Correspondence to Associate Rs. 1,500/=only.
This Amount is Valid For 2 Years only.

B. Fee For Management & Correspondence to Franchisee Rs. 25,000/= only.
This Amount is Valid For 3 Years only.

(22) Reward to the Franchisee:
Any Franchisee Under Non Granted (Self Finance) Scheme May Generate the Admissions in Any Program of University Distance Learning 100 in a year (Minimum) or Generate the Admissions in Vocational Program of Career Zone Minimum 600 students in a year, will rewarded with Certificate of Excellence & LAPTOP cost of Rs. 30,000/= by Career Zone Educational Solutions Pvt. Ltd as per Terms. (Other any Benefits will not allowed)

(23) Master Franchisee (For Every State):
we are Appointing Master Franchisee with Good Payout. Master Franchisee is Authorize to Appoint any Franchisee / Associate's Proposal in own state.

(24) Celebration Meet:
We will Give the Award in Special Celebration Program to the Best Performance of Franchisee and Introduce to all of them Franchisee by invited in the Program and made get together.

(6) Income shearing:

(i) Income of every Franchisee by all sources / Business (Collection of Vocational Program fee & others) will
shared by 75% : 25% Ratio. (75% share for Franchisee & 25% share for Career Zone Educational Solutions
Pvt. Ltd.) As per Terms of M.O.U.

(ii) Income of every Associate will be Fix as per Terms of MOU on Each Business / Development without any of
Target of capping.

(25) Govt. Taxes:
All Taxes Liabilities about (State of the Government/Municipal) Local Municipal taxes, (Govt. of India) Service Tax & Income Tax will bear by the local Franchisee on their Service/ Income, which Nett. Share earned from that City or Station Franchisee.

(26) Legal:

(i) Chairman / Managing Director / Director / C.E.O. of Career Zone Educational Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is authorized to Change or Cancel of any Rule or Terms & Condition, Franchisees Proposal Allotment without any Pre-Notice.

(ii) Franchisee can Use the Mono / Mark and Title of Career Zone on every Stationery and Publicity Tools during the Franchisee Validity period.
(iii) In the case of Judicial, Only AGRA COURT will be Acceptable to All the Parties.
